Order processing
Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You will receive your Order ID immediately after a successful payment.
Delivery time
Delivery typically takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location. Remote areas may take a little longer.
Shipping charges
Any applicable shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Free-delivery offers, when available, are displayed on the website.
Tracking your order
You can check the live status of your order any time on our Track Order page using your Order ID.
Damaged or leaking parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or leaking, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.
